I looked up a lot of stuff about holding swords in order to find the most common mistakes I could include in this comic. Apparently, you need to loosen your grip as you extend your arms in order to keep your wrists straight. I hope I'm never accused of a crime where the police have to check my browser history. They'll find all this stuff about swords and how blasting caps work and they'll never believe it all that research was for the comics.
