This page felt a little disorienting to color because the light source is on the right inside the cave (because Draconis dropped the Torch Blade on his right) and it's on the left on the street (because it's late afternoon already). Anyone notice that?

    An astronomer friend was always amused when telescopes were drawn with the end of the telescope poking out of the dome, which is meant to be able to close over the telescope to protect it.

      Yes, this is another example of cartoon shorthand. Of course, even if you imagine the telescope could retract and the dome could close, the whole set up has been unattended for years. That telescope is going to need a lot of maintenance if Yapix ever makes it home.
