The idea for this comic came from my local PetCo. They used to have these chew toys next to the register, and one of them was a turtle that was eeriely similar to Noko Noko in both size and color. I had spent a long time training dogs and cats that my turtle was not a thing to be chewed, so offering pets a turtle chew toy seemed scary and annoyingly counter productive. This is the last toy themed comic. I'll be starting a proper story next time and you should all be excited for it.
